Made from Champagne’s three main grape varieties – Pinot Noir, Meunier and Chardonnay – our Cuvée Tradition is the perfect example of teh art of assemblage. That is because many wine samples were used to make this cuvée; from a viariety of places ranging from the southern hillsides of Epernay (Côteaux Sud D’Epernay), the Vallée de la Marne and Sézannais. This champagne is well-balanced and will go hand in hand with your apéritif , gourmet dishes, white meats or soft cheeses.
Our Cuvée Ismérie gets its name from our ancestor; a strong, courageous and big-hearted woman. This cuvée made exclusively from Pinot Noir and Meunier is a Blanc de Noirs. Share this racy and aromatic champagne with other wine enthusiasts, thirsty for sensory experiences. Enjoy as an apéritif, or which a grilled fish or roasted poultry.
Our Cuvée Rosé Brut is made from Chardonnay, Meunier and Pinot Noir ) and it is delightul! It takes its color deom the red wine added to the blend. This wine is made using grapes from a historis plot that grows on the Western hillsides of Epernay (Côteaux Ouest d’Epernay). Thanks to its remarkable finess, it will enliven your apéritif and enhance exotic dishes. Or simply enjoy with red berry desserts!
Pure and mineral, our Cuvée Reserve Brut is exclusively made from Chardonnay. Allow it to demonstrate its elegance and finess as an aperitif, served with fish dishes or fresh cheese.

Our Cuvée Prestige undergoes a long ageing process of a minimum of 4 years in our cellars. This long rest contrinutes exceptionnal aromas to this wine, which can be enjoyed as an apéritif. This cuvée can also be served with white meat in sauce, with truffles, or firm-fleshed fish.
